Ms. Francesca Rochetti
Educational Specialist
With over 30 years of experience in special education, I have devoted my career to supporting students with diverse learning needs and fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments. As a seasoned special education coordinator, administrator, and classroom educator, I’ve worked closely with students, families, educators, and school teams to ensure every learner receives the individualized support they need to thrive.
Mentoring new educators has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey—helping them grow into confident, compassionate professionals who are well-prepared to meet the needs of all students. That same passion for guidance and empowerment now shapes my work as an advocate consultant.
In this role, I partner with families to help them navigate the complexities of the special education system with clarity, confidence, and purpose. I believe informed, engaged families are key to student success. To support this, I offer a range of services, including parent workshops that provide practical tools, knowledge, and strategies—empowering families to advocate effectively and participate actively in their child’s educational journey.
At the heart of everything I do is a deep commitment to equity, collaboration, and meaningful outcomes. Every child deserves the opportunity to succeed, and every family deserves to feel supported, heard, and empowered along the way.
