Full Comprehensive Package

This package provides families with full advocacy and guidance during the three-year evaluation process, re-evaluations, or IFSP. It ensures the current IEP, evaluations, and testing results are thoroughly reviewed and that parents are supported at every step, including at the school meeting.

What’s included:

• A detailed review of the active IEP, including any outside evaluations and relevant documents.
  

• Meeting 1 (Preparation & Strategy): Review your desired outcomes, assess the current IEP, and begin creating an advocacy plan. If needed, letters to the school requesting evaluations or assessments will also be drafted at this stage.

• Collaboration throughout the evaluation timeline, including waiting for assessors to complete testing and gathering all finalized reports.                                                     

• Meeting 2 (Evaluation Results Review): Once testing is complete, we will request the data before the IEP meeting is held at the school site and review all results together and refine the advocacy plan to address identified needs.

• School Meeting Representation: The advocate will attend the 3-Year Evaluation IEP meeting with you, either in person or virtually, to present findings, reinforce priorities, and support your child’s needs.

• Meeting 3 (Follow-Up Review): After the IEP meeting, we will review the updated IEP and evaluation documents. A final recommendation will be provided to guide your response and signature with confidence.
